Licensed and Bonded: AGS Builders is a state licensed and bonded general contractor - bonded in the amount of $10,000 and insured for $2 million aggregate and $1 million per incident liability. Its employees are covered under workers compensation insurance. In addition, AGS is a member of the Better Business Bureau and Escondido Chamber of Commerce and other countywide professional organizations. Quality, Not Quantity: Since AGS Builders specializes in custom projects, the quality of work is considerably above average. When comparing prices with other similar companies of our stature and standards we are typically 2-4% less expensive. Proposals are all inclusive. AGS Builders takes the time, combined with years of experience, to consider all materials and time needed to complete your project in a time and cost-effective manner. We do not practice low-balling to get the job signed, nor do we have excessive change-orders that are not included in the initial contract. AGS Builders trade partners (including suppliers and subcontractors) are required to adhere to the same high standards and licensing requirements upon which the corporation is founded. Greg Anderson began his career as an apprentice, worked his way up to superintendent and project manager, and then founded the corporation in 2005. He is the President and CEO and has more than 25 years in the construction industry on the west and east coasts.
